Returns & Exchanges
Trilby Phoenix accepts exchanges on full priced items within seven days of the purchase date. Exchanges will only be accepted where original receipt is produced, and item/s are in showroom condition with all original packaging and/or tags. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Trilby Phoenix does not refund for change of mind or unsuitability. We describe items in as much detail as possible so that you are able to make an informed decision.
Trilby Phoenix accepts the return of items showing defective workmanship ONLY with a return approval number. Returns are only accepted within seven days from purchase date with original store receipt. If you believe your item is defective, please email a photograph and brief description to shop@trilbyphoenix.com.au. You will be issued you with a return approval number where appropriate. All items proven to exhibit defective workmanship will be either replaced or refunded. Please note that the manufacturer's decision will be final. Faulty workmanship DOES NOT include misuse, negligence, or breakage. Deliberately damaged items will not be eligible for return.
Sale items are not eligible for either return or exchange.
